The highlight of our Summer of 2001 was Theodore Too's two-day visit to Portsmouth, Saturday and Sunday, August 26 and 27.

Theodore Too is based on the award-winning children's television series Theodore Tugboat, seen on CBC and PBS produced by Halifax-based Cochran Entertainment.

Kids of all ages came from near and far for this special event. His historic visit drew children, parents, and even real tugboat captains.

Tugboat Alley sponsored Theodore Too's visit to Portsmouth. Theodore Tugboat's giant double enjoyed more than 5,000 visitors during his two-day stay.
