The 15th annual Tugboat Muster and Parade took place in Boston Harbor on Saturday, July 24th, 1999.

This event is sponsored by the Port of Boston branch of the World Ship Society. It takes place each year at the Charlestown Navy Yard, Pier 4, home of the USS Constitution.

The enthusiastic crowd braved the heat of the Summer of '99, proving that tugboats are true charmers!

Their incredible power and jaunty appearance attracted all ages.
